What made you want to work with Greg?
When I first reached out to Greg and when we first started working together, I had been in practice for about six years. My business had grown exponentially during that time, but the growth had been very organic. I had always been a clinician rather than a business person, so there wasn’t any real strategy behind that growth. Things often felt scattered, and I remember saying on my first form that I felt like I was winging it.
I had done pretty well, and Greg acknowledged that, but it was time to get a plan in place, feel less scattered day to day, and reach my fullest potential because I felt like I’d hit a plateau. I had a lot of questions about what to do next, how to scale, and how to create structure so I had time to work on the business rather than just in the business. It often felt like I was just falling through my days.
What were your hesitations about hiring Greg?
I had never invested in such high-end business coaching before, so I did have some reservations. I wondered whether it would be worth it and whether it would give me what I hoped for. I got over those hesitations pretty quickly when I realized that hitting my next financial goal would allow me to pay it back easily.
Another reservation was whether I would have the time to commit. My days were already packed, so I wasn’t sure I’d have the bandwidth to implement everything well.
And my third reservation was around letting someone into my business at a deeper level. My business feels like my baby, and I worried about being told to do something that didn’t feel aligned or that I didn’t want to do.
What was it like working with Greg?
Very quickly, it became clear that Greg understood my business. He got to the crux of where the bottlenecks were and where we needed to go, but nothing felt prescriptive. It felt like a collaborative partnership—like he was taking me by the hand and moving me forward. I felt so heard, validated, and understood.
I would bring all of my scrambled, scattered thoughts to a session, and in one sentence he could consolidate what I had said and illuminate the core of the issue. He drew the solutions out of me, which is what coaching is meant to be, but not everyone does it the way Greg does. It felt incredibly empowering, and I left every session feeling excited, hopeful, and clear on the direction I needed to take.
What results did you achieve together?
Since working with Greg, we’ve had our best months ever from a revenue perspective. Revenue was up around 40–50% by the end of 2025, and we had our best ever month in November.
Importantly, that increase came from thoughtful coaching around money mindset and pricing. I realized that my fees didn’t reflect my level of training, expertise, and skill. With Greg’s support, I increased my prices, and it didn’t negatively affect conversion rates at all—something I had initially pushed back on.
I also gained a much better understanding of how to scale, which will create a solid structure moving forward as I get my team busier with clients, delegate more, and upskill my practitioners. That’s how we’ll continue to increase revenue consistently.
What did you enjoy most about working with Greg?
I feel a lot more organized and far less scattered now. When I show up in my business, I know exactly what I’m doing and feel confident about how my days, weeks, and months are structured. I have many ideas on a daily basis and tend to chase the next shiny thing because I get bored easily.
One of the most impactful things Greg did was help me understand that part of my personality and harness it in the best possible way. Sometimes that meant stripping things back. I remember him saying early on, “I know you won’t have a lack of ideas, but we need to refine them and decide whether they’re aligned.” That became a game changer.
Every time I came up with something new—a course, a group program, anything—we would check it against the plan. He also released me from feeling like I needed to be on Instagram and social media, which never fit my personality. That was incredibly liberating.
What would have happened if you hadn't hired Greg?
If I hadn’t hired Greg, I know I would still be wrestling every day with not knowing how best to spend my time, feeling scattered and disorganized, and lacking a solid direction.
I would still be earning far less because I would never have had the confidence to raise my prices.
I moved forward in six months in ways that could have taken me years, if I ever achieved them at all. It was truly transformative.
Who should work with Greg?
Working for yourself can be unbelievably isolating. You often second-guess yourself, feel like you’re winging it, or lack structure. If you fit into any of those categories, you should work with Greg. You’ll gain a partner in your business who can take you by the hand and guide you forward in a way that feels clear and aligned.
The support is priceless—not just for your personal development and your future direction, but also for your bottom line. Absolutely do it. You won’t be disappointed.
