Champion Entrepreneurs Have Champion Coaches

It's really that simple. When people want to become the best in the world at what they do, whether that's in business or in athletics, they seek out proven partners who will give them an edge.

I'm Greg Faxon and I may just be that partner for you. I make entrepreneurs into champions. I’ll show you how to get out of your own way and grow your business fast so that you can have the impact and the freedom you've been working so hard for.

But we'll get to that in a bit. First, let's talk about you.

You've achieved a lot, but you've started to plateau. The strategies that got you here aren't enough to take you to the next level.

Does this Sound Familiar?

You're obsessed with winning gold in everything you do. You have a champion's heart and when you look at other people you feel alone because their drive doesn't match yours. You work hard to resist the pull of mediocrity.

You're taking lots of action but you're not sure if it's on the right things. You're beginning to second-guess your abilities and business model. You look around at others to compare because you don't have your own clear vision of how to do things.

Deep down, you know there's a much bigger difference you could be making for people. You are afraid of showing up at the end of your life and feeling insignificant. You wonder if you're missing something.

If that sounds like you, know this: none of it is your fault. You're just too close to your business to see what's been holding you back.

And that's where I come in.

Because while you've been mastering your craft, I've been helping people unleash their full potential. I've worked intimately with hundreds of high-achieving entrepreneurs just like you. I've interviewed Seth Godin. I've been recognized as a top athlete in two different sports. And here's what I've learned...

The way that most people try to improve their performance is completely backwards.

The Wrong Way To Do It

Most entrepreneurs spend 90% of their time focused on the outer game (the strategies, tactics, and techniques of the business) and only about 10% of their time on the inner game (the beliefs, mindsets, and habits of the entrepreneur).

Here’s the problem with that: at the highest levels of performance, in any domain, success is really 90% inner game and 10% outer game. The percentages are completely flipped. Yet most coaches still spend their clients' time on the areas which yield the least impressive and hardest to sustain results.

I’m different. Instead of trying to transform your business directly, I work on transforming you as an entrepreneur first. Instead of watering down what I do with endless products and courses, I focus my energy on becoming masterful at coaching. Instead of drowning you in more information and advice, I help you figure out your own unique way of doing things.

A surprise thank you note from one of my clients.

And the results speak for themselves.

  • Uncover the work you're meant to do

  • Grow your business more easily than ever

  • Make your own unique mark on the world

  • Earn respect for your brand and your ideas

  • Work less and spend more time with family

And that's just the beginning.

I have a friend named Zack who lost his speech and short-term memory after being hit during a high school football game. I remember visiting him at the hospital and seeing a dent in the side of his head where the doctors had operated.

Watching someone who had so much potential be robbed of his gifts in a single moment changed the way I viewed the world.

I believe that entrepreneurship is not just about building a profitable business. It can be the channel through which you actualize your fullest potential as a human being. In doing so, you're able to make a bigger positive difference for the people you choose to serve.

I don't know about you, but I refuse to die with my contribution still inside me.

By the end of my life, I want to have helped more people unleash their full potential than any other person in the world.

That's why I focus on high-achieving entrepreneurs. They are the multipliers of society. My clients help people reach their potential in ways that I never will.

Because I realize that not everyone has the same starting point and opportunities, I donate 10-20% of the profit from this business each year to help level the playing field. One of my favorite charities is Acumen, a non-profit that harnesses entrepreneurship to change how the world tackles poverty.

If what you've read so far resonates with you, I hope you'll join me on this mission.
